Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rimlawi website at rimlawibooza.com, its ordering system, subscriber accounts, and related services (the “Service”). By placing an order, creating an account, entering a promotion, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Bitar LLC, a company organized under the laws of the State of Qatar, acting on behalf of and operating the Al-Rimlawipopsicle brand. References to “Bitar LLC”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Bitar LLC. Al-Rimlawi currently delivers only within the Greater Beirut area of Lebanon.

Bitar LLC is registered in Doha, Qatar.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order or create an account. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide (name, phone number, address) is accurate. Each person may hold one subscriber account.

Al-Rimlawi sells handmade popsicle boxes, built to your chosen flavor mix, and operates a paid subscriber program, promotional prize draws, and discount codes. Delivery is currently limited to Beirut, Baabda (including Dahiya), and Metn; we may change our coverage area at any time, and placing an order outside a currently serviceable area is not possible through the ordering flow.

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are calculated from the specific flavors you select; the price shown at checkout, before you submit your order, is the price that will be charged. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors and to cancel any order affected by such an error, in which case we will notify you and no charge will be collected (as all orders are Cash on Delivery, no refund mechanism is needed for an uncollected order).

A discount code may only be applied to a single order as described at checkout, and cannot be combined with the subscriber discount. An approved subscriber is always charged the subscriber price on eligible orders; the “preview” toggle at checkout shows what the regular price would be but does not change what is charged.

A delivery fee applies based on your area: a lower flat fee within Beirut, and a higher flat fee for Baabda/Dahiya and Metn, shown at checkout before you place your order. Approved subscribers receive free delivery. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees; we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, incorrect address information you provide, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss for your order passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

All orders are paid in cash at the time of delivery. You agree to have the correct amount, as shown on your order confirmation, available at delivery. We do not collect or store any payment card or bank information, because none is used. We may refuse or cancel an order, including at the door, if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse of a promotion, or an inability to complete delivery.

Joining the subscriber program requires a one-time enrollment fee and team approval before the subscriber discount becomes active; enrollment does not guarantee approval. An approved subscriber receives a discount on every eligible box order for as long as their account remains approved. We may suspend or revoke subscriber status for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. Subscriber slots may be limited; enrollment may be paused when capacity is reached.

From time to time we run promotions, including a prize wheel and ticketed prize draws. Unless stated otherwise for a specific promotion:

• Each phone number may claim at most one prize across all promotions, permanently — this is enforced automatically and is not a limit we will make exceptions to on request.
• Promotional and discount codes are personal, non-transferable, single-use, and may expire.
• Prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, unless we state otherwise for a specific promotion.
• We may void any claim, code, or draw entry we reasonably believe was obtained fraudulently, and may disqualify the associated account.
• Draw winners are selected at random from valid entries in that draw; we may cancel a draw with no winner selected, including where it received no valid entries.

Accounts are created and accessed using your phone number and a password of your choosing; we do not use email for login. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, is used to abuse promotions, or engages in fraudulent activity.

You agree not to:

• Use automated means (scripts, bots) to place orders, create accounts, or claim promotions.
• Create or use multiple accounts, or provide false contact information, to exploit a discount, promotion, or prize draw.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with rate limiting, fraud prevention, or security measures.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to access any part of it you are not authorized to access.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may report suspected fraud or unlawful activity to relevant authorities.

The Rimlawi and Al-Rimlawi names, logos, site design, and content are owned by or licensed to Bitar LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission, except as necessary to place an order through the Service in the ordinary course.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in this section limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection law applicable to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bitar LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Bitar LLC harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or willful misconduct.

This section is drafted to give clear, structured defaults across the regions our visitors come from. It is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction, and we recommend Bitar LLC have it reviewed by counsel in Qatar, Lebanon, the EU, and the US before relying on it as final.

General rule. Except as set out below for specific regions, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute not otherwise addressed in this section is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Doha, Qatar, or, at Bitar LLC's election, resolved by arbitration seated in Doha under the rules of the Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre (QICDRC).

Lebanon (place of delivery). If you are a consumer located in Lebanon receiving delivery of products, nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable right you have under Lebanese consumer protection law, and the courts of Beirut, Lebanon have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from an order placed for delivery in Lebanon.

United States. If you are a resident of the United States, you and Bitar LLC agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. YOU AND BITAR LLC EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to adam@bitar.llc within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name and that you opt out of arbitration.

European Union, EEA, and United Kingdom. If you are a consumer habitually resident in the EU, EEA, or UK, nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence, as provided under applicable consumer-protection and private-international-law rules (including Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 and Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, or their UK equivalents).

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
